Designed for a newly built home in Encanterra, this project brings together layered materials, custom features, and tailored furnishings to create a cohesive and highly livable interior.

From the early stages of construction, we guided all material selections to establish a refined foundation throughout the home. Furnishings, lighting, rugs, and decor were then thoughtfully introduced to add depth, warmth, and continuity across each space.

Custom elements anchor the design, including a fireplace media wall with integrated bench seating and tailored cushions, as well as a built-in bar that seamlessly blends function with a clean, architectural presence. Existing pieces were also reimagined—most notably a reupholstered accent chair in the primary suite—adding a personal and collected layer to the overall design.

The result is a home that feels polished, intentional, and effortlessly cohesive—where every detail has been carefully considered to support both elevated design and everyday living.
